So I have no bloggy mojo right now, but I still have weight loss mojo, which equates to being able to post here.
I'm only down 0.3 kg this week, but there was cake. Four times. *sigh* too many birthdays this week. I'm still on the shakes. They work. But more importantly, they're bloody easy to make, so when I don't want to cook... there they are. I've had a shake for each of the past 5 meals. And I'll probably have one for dinner too.
i'll eat solid food tomorrow. I swear.
