Damn.

For pretty much this whole year I've been hovering around the 83.5-84 mark. Its really starting to shit me. I mean, REALLY starting to absolutely shit me. I really want to see that I'm below 80. I've never seen it. I wanted to be there at the end of Feb, and I'm eyeballing the end of March, unchanged. Damnit.

So this week I pledge - no cookie for morning tea. I will have a tiny serve of museli, or fruit, or yoghurt. No avocado. No burgers (even if they are low fat and packed with salad). No museli bars. Unless that's it for a snack. I will shift some of that flub.

Also, I'm switching one night of cardio for some extra weights.

checking in...

So I've been silent again.
I've had to drop the gym due to lack of money.
but I've been trying to walk a lot to make up for it.

weighed myself on Mum's not-100%-reliable scales.
figure I'm around 112kg.
which means I have to have lost (since the beginning of 2006) over 20kgs.
And I should say "got rid of" because "lost" implies I plan on finding those kilos again some day.
And I don't.
Ever.

Hopefully, I will be back in the money-earning people after July. Then it will be back to the gym and full on towards being under 100kg by New Year's.

Sick

But its a good thing. I haven't been to the gym in the past few days. No point. I'm sick. Which means no official weigh in.

But the unofficial weigh in is 81kg, wearing jeans, on my home scales. woot!

I has a happy!

So I'm down to 83.4 this week. Damn, the scales have been all over the place the last few weeks. Up and down more frequently than a freaking yo yo. But I'm back to weekly PT. Which I love.

But aside from the weight obsession... I got the all clear at the dentist yesterday, and the all clear from the optometrist today. And I was wearing the Jeans Challenge jeans, which had very little discernible muffin top. So I'm feeling pretty darned good, let me tell you.

I have a new pair of jeans to challenge myself with. But I'll wait til next week to begin that one. Right now I'm happy with my accomplishments.
