And yet I can do up another button on the jeans. Go figure. I may have to jump on the scales again today.
I ate way too much chocolate in the past two weeks, so I decided that yesterday I wouldn't have any. It was hell. I was a grumpy fucker, but I managed. I got a bit inventive when I wanted sugary bits. A low fat muffin, and later on low fat frozen yoghurt. Hell, I even refused to have a chocolate shake. Other than that, nothing really big to report.
Oh, I am regularly running at 10k an hour, for short bursts.
Jeans Buttons: 4/5

Hey sweetie - like my trainer keeps reminding me: muscle weighs more than body fat.
Don't be too hard on yourself. You're working out and building up muscle so that whole weighing yourself thing is going to be giving you mixed messages.
I've stopped weighing myself because the scales are telling me I'm still fat but my eyes and my clothes are saying otherwise.
We can do this.
I laughed at the muffin top factor, I have that too!
I'm weighing myself every day and think it's kind of not a good idea, I go up half a kilo and my day is ruined.
I also agree with what misse says, the scales are telling me I am a huge pig but the clothes and the mirror are saying I'm trimming right down.
