Todays weight is 83.9kg. I want to be below 80 kg by the end of Feb. Should be easy enough.

Onya Steph, that's it, a small goal and work towards it. Today I spoke to a girl at work. She says she has begun to run for 10mins a day. She lost 3kgs last week just from that!
I am going to do it too. On gravel paths, not grass (may be some pot holes there, and not on paths (too hard for my knee I had 2 op's on previous).
I will let you know how I go if you wanna know :)

good for you steph, I'm struggling with my weight now. I lost a bit, then pigged out for three days (oh god I ate everything bad, full cream quiches, pizzas! fish and chips, choccies...) so now I'm trying hard to get back on the programme.
Forwards, not backwards.
